Our Custom Window Treatment Process
A custom project becomes easier when the design, technical requirements, fabrication, and installation are coordinated from the beginning.

Consultation
We discuss the room, style, privacy, light, operation, timing, and budget.
Selection
Review treatment styles, fabrics, materials, lining, hardware, and motorization.
Measuring
Confirm window dimensions, wall and ceiling conditions, clearances, and access.
Fabrication
Order or construct the approved treatments to the confirmed specifications.
Installation
Install, dress, test, and make reasonable final adjustments.
What to expect at the consultation
We will ask how the room is used, what the windows need to accomplish, and what visual direction you prefer. Photographs, inspiration images, fabric samples, paint colors, furniture information, and architectural drawings are all useful.
- Discuss privacy and light at different times of day
- Review operation and child-safety considerations
- Identify installation constraints before quoting
- Separate essential requirements from optional upgrades

Final measuring and installation
Approximate dimensions are helpful during early discussions, but final production should be based on confirmed measurements. Installation includes mounting, testing, and basic dressing of the completed treatments.
Motorized systems may require power, network, or control coordination depending on the selected product and project scope.

Start with the room, not the product name
Tell us what is not working now and what you want the finished room to feel like.
